Free tender alerts, on every account

Only bid where you can win. Skip the rest without reading them.

Every hour spent on the wrong tender is an hour taken from one you could win. We read every new eTenders notice the way a bid writer would — judging the actual work being bought — and most days there’s nothing worth chasing, so you hear nothing. Describe your business once; you only get an email when a tender that actually fits your business comes up — one that’s worth a real bid.

  • Judges the work, not the keyword — a “fire-safety” training course won’t reach you if you service alarms
  • One email only when something fits — a single message, never a stream of pings
  • Quiet days stay quiet — no genuine match, no email
  • Every match carries a one-line reason you can act on
  • Free with a free account — no card, no plan needed to get alerts

From notice to submission-ready draft in one place: the alert finds the tender you can win, TenderBuilder drafts it to the marking scheme. Alerts themselves cost nothing: sign up free, describe your business, and you’re covered. You only ever pay when you draft.

How it works

A 90-page pack becomes a scored draft — in under an hour, not three weeks of evenings.

Trained on real Irish public-sector tender data, TenderBuilder works the way an experienced bid writer does — structure first, decision second, words last. Your only job is the upload.

01

See where every mark lives

Every scored question, every threshold, every required document is extracted into a Requirements Matrix — so no mark is lost to a question you never saw.

02

Only spend hours you can win back

A one-page bid/no-bid brief shows what you can cover, where the gaps are, and how well you fit — before you commit a single evening. Decide no-bid and you keep your credit. It’s only used when you draft.

03

Answers written where the marks are

Drafts are built to the marking scheme from your real case studies, certifications and people. Anything missing is flagged — never invented.

What you get

Less guesswork. More of the work that wins.

Never leave a scored question unanswered

Bids die on the question nobody spotted on page 60. The Requirements Matrix extracts every scored question, weighting, pass/fail threshold and mandatory document, and lays it against your evidence — so nothing slips through.

Score higher on every answer

Public contracts are won on marks, not prose. Every answer is written to fit how the buyer actually scores — bound to each slot in their response template, then filled into the Word document ready to submit.

Stop spending weeks on bids you can’t win

One page tells you whether this tender is worth your time — what you can answer, where the gaps are, and how well you fit — before you commit days of effort to a lost cause.

Claims that survive an evaluator’s scrutiny

Drafts draw only from your company profile — real case studies, certifications and named people. Anything missing is flagged as a gap, never invented, so nothing in your bid can be caught out.

Your data stays yours

Stored in the EU, isolated per tenant with row-level security. Processed under GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses. Never sold, never used for training.

Never disqualified on a technicality

A final compliance check confirms every mandatory document and scored answer is in place, with gaps ranked by severity. Re-run and refine the same tender as often as you like until it’s submission-ready — you only spend one credit.

Why it works

Public tenders are won on the marking scheme — so every draft starts where the marks are.

Trained on real Irish public-sector tender data, TenderBuilder reads a new pack the way an evaluator does — scored questions, weightings and pass/fail rules first. That’s why the draft you get back is built to score, not just to read well.

The gap is real: only 30% of Irish public-procurement bids come from SMEs, against a 72% EU average — yet SMEs are 64% of contract winners. The firms that bid win disproportionately. The write-up is what stops the rest.

Q1 · Service delivery methodology & cleaning schedules
Award criterion · 30% · scored on clarity, coverage of all sites and quality assurance

Our delivery model assigns a named site supervisor to [County Council]’s [N] locations, working to a documented cleaning schedule mapped to each area’s risk and footfall — daily sanitisation of high-touch and welfare areas, periodic deep cleans, and a colour-coded equipment system to prevent cross-contamination.

Quality is assured through weekly supervisor audits against a scored checklist, monthly KPI reporting to the contract manager, and a logged corrective-action process, so any shortfall is identified and closed within [X] working hours…

Scores because it answers all three things the criterion rewards — a clear method, coverage of every site, and a measurable QA loop — in the buyer’s own terms.
Bracketed values are drawn from your company profile; nothing is filled in that you haven’t supplied.

You can move between monthly and annual, or change tier, at any time. Top up €49 per extra tender on an active subscription. Every tender opens with a bid/no-bid brief, and a credit is only spent when you decide to bid and draft. Decide no-bid and it costs you nothing. Tender alerts are free on every account, paid or not.

Questions

The things buyers ask us first.

Does it make up facts to fill a section?
No — and that’s exactly why the drafts hold up in front of an evaluator. Every claim traces to your own profile: real case studies, certifications and named people. If the pack asks for something you haven’t supplied, it’s flagged as a gap for you to fill, never invented — so nothing in your bid can be caught out.
What kinds of tenders can I win with it?
Irish public-sector RFTs and RFPs — eTenders, SupplyGov, OJEU/TED notices and framework mini-competitions. Upload the pack and it maps the scored questions, weightings and pass/fail criteria, then drafts to them — so the bids you submit are built to score, whichever portal they came from.
How do the live tender alerts work — and won’t I get spammed?
They exist so you only bid where you can win. Describe your business in plain language once; we read the new eTenders notices as they land and judge the actual work being bought — not keyword overlap. You only get an email when a tender genuinely fits your business, with a one-line reason for each. No genuine match, no email — so quiet weeks stay quiet, and an email from us means a tender worth your time. And alerts are completely free: create a free account and they’re on, no card and no paid plan needed.
What if a busy month brings more tenders than my plan covers?
You never have to let a winnable tender pass. Buy extra tenders at €49 each, whenever you need them — added to your account immediately, so a busy month (Q1 especially) never holds up a bid. Not subscribed? A single one-off tender is €89.
Does reading a tender use up a credit if I decide not to bid?
No. Every tender opens with a bid/no-bid brief (the scoring map, your fit and the gaps), and that assessment is included; it doesn’t use up a credit. A credit is only spent when you decide to bid and draft the full submission pack. Read the brief, decide no-bid, and you keep your credit for a tender worth chasing. (Uploading does need an active subscription or a purchased tender.)
Why does it score better than writing from scratch?
Because it starts where the marks are. TenderBuilder is built and tuned on real Irish public-sector tender data — the scored questions, weightings and pass/fail structures of actual RFTs and RFPs — so it reads a new pack the way an evaluator does and drafts every answer to the buyer’s own marking scheme. That’s separate from your account: your own documents are never used to train models.
Where is my data stored, and is it used for training?
Your account, profile and documents are stored in the EU and isolated per tenant with row-level security. To draft responses, documents are processed by our AI provider under GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is never used to train models and never sold — what you upload wins tenders for you, and nobody else.
Can I switch plans or pause?
Yes — move between monthly and annual, or change tier, at any time, so your plan follows your pipeline rather than the other way around. Annual plans work out at two months free versus paying monthly.
What if the draft isn’t good enough?
Then you don’t pay. Run your first real tender through it: if the draft isn’t the strongest starting point you’ve ever had, email us within 30 days of subscribing and we’ll refund your first month in full — and you keep the draft. No forms, no argument. It applies once, to your first paid month on a new subscription.
Will it write the whole submission for me?
It does the part that loses most bids — the scoring map, the bid/no-bid verdict, and first-pass answers written to the marking scheme — so you start from a scored draft instead of a blank page. You stay in control: review, edit and add the proof only you can provide. It’s a copilot for serious bids, not a black box.
